TifTuf Hybrid Bermuda

TifTuf Hybrid Bermuda grass is a fine leaf grass that is as the name suggest... tuff! It has aggressive growth and prefers full sun (can tolerate some shade but prefers a minimum of 4 hours sun per day) and is fast to self repair making it perfect for high traffic areas such as busy backyards and sports fields. It requires a lot less water and is the first grass to receive the Smart Approved WaterMark as it requires roughly 38% less water than other turf varieties. The fine leaf makes for a soft feel underfoot. TifTuf has a shorter dormancy period in the cooler months and will green up quicker so while there will still be some colour loss during the cooler months, it will be greener for longer compared with other warm season grasses.
